Gluten Free Stuffing Waffles
Nov 17, 2025
I finally created a gluten free stuffing mix that I absolutely love, but because I'm the only one who eats exclusively gluten free in my family, I wanted to find some fun ways to use my leftovers and this is definitely a fun way to repurpose a Thanksgiving favorite.
Ingredients
1/4 cup chicken or turkey stock
2 eggs, beaten
4 cups of leftover stuffing (Get the recipe for the Gluten Free Stuffing I used here)
Tools
Waffle iron
Measuring Cup
Large Bowl
Spoon to stir
Scoop
Directions
Gather your ingredients.
Start heating up your waffle iron because this comes together quickly.
In a large bowl, mix the stuffing and stock until the stock is absorbed. Then add the eggs, which will serve as the binder and mix thoroughly.
When fully incorporated and the waffle iron is hot, spread spoonfuls of the waffle mix on the waffle iron.
Cook 4-5 minutes or until your waffle iron signals that the waffle is cooked.
