SECONDARY MENTORS/COACHES SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Coaches and mentors are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if any coach or mentor or any other scheduled person is changed or canceled, and the event still occurs.
Agreement not to Hold Liable & Indemnity:
You acknowledge that the Coaching Sessions may be personally, emotionally, and mentally challenging and that there may be occasions in which Client will feel such challenges including, but not limited to frustration, anger, annoyance, and stress. Client will not hold Moving Toward Better, group members or other coaching mentors liable for any loss or cost incurred by Client (or any person related to or associated with Client, including but not limited to Client's customers) in the event of mental, physical, financial, emotional stress, or distress (or other ailment or condition) caused either directly or indirectly in relation to coaching sessions, mastermind meetings or retreat presentations.
You shall indemnify Moving Toward Better and Karen Bemmes in the event of any such claim, including but not limited to any claims made against Moving Toward Better by any person related to or associated with Client, including but not limited to Client customers. Anything said by an employee, partner or representative of Moving Toward Better or a retreat mentor, verbally or in writing, shall not be constituted to be advice of any kind, including, but not limited to, medical, psychological, legal, financial, counseling, business, or actuarial advice. Client agrees that Karen Bemmes, Moving Toward Better or any retreat or coaching mentors shall not be liable to Client in any way, and Client shall indemnify and save Moving Toward Better, Karen Bemmes and its representatives harmless for any and all losses or costs incurred by Client or any other person, including but not limited to Client's customers, for any action or inaction taken by Client or anyone else as a result of the coaching sessions, mastermind meetings, retreats or any other conversations Client and Moving Toward Better employees or representatives have, whether by meeting, texts, email, telephone, Zoom, Facebook Messenger, Facebook groups, social media or otherwise. Moving Toward Better reserves the right to terminate sessions immediately, and without prior notice, if Moving Toward Better believes it's employees or representatives cannot be of help to you.
Refund Policy:
Retreat tickets and coaching packages are non-refundable. A paid for retreat ticket is transferable to another attendee or event, but a free retreat ticket is not because it is not a separate purchase.
If travel is limited by external factors beyond Moving Toward Better's control including but not limited to weather or government mandates, the event may need to be virtual.
